I designed and manufactured perhaps twenty of these sterling silver filigree fountain pens. Some of the barrels and caps were of black hard rubber and others were made from urethane. I was apprentice under the late Paul Duclos,designer and maker of custom jewelry and fountain pens, and he had a hand in the manufacture of these as well.
